2. Placing an Order

When you submit a request through our Contact or Order form, or contact us directly via WhatsApp or email, this is considered an inquiry, not a confirmed order. A project is only confirmed once both parties have agreed on the scope of work, pricing, and timeline.

3. Payment Terms

Depending on the size and nature of the project, we may require a partial advance payment (deposit) before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion or in agreed milestones. Exact payment terms will be communicated and agreed upon before starting any project.

All prices quoted are specific to the scope of work discussed and may vary based on project complexity, revisions, and additional requirements.

4. Refund Policy

We want our clients to be satisfied with our work. Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • If work has not yet started, any advance payment may be refunded in full or in part, depending on the circumstances.
  • If work has already started or been delivered, refunds (full or partial) will be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the amount of work completed.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed once a project has been fully completed and delivered as per the agreed scope.

To request a refund, please contact us directly with your order details, and we will review your request in good faith.

5. Revisions

The number of revisions included in a project will be agreed upon before work begins. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any necessary content (text, images, logos, etc.) required to complete the project. Delays caused by the client may affect the project timeline.

7. Intellectual Property

Once a project is fully paid for and delivered, ownership of the final deliverables (unless otherwise agreed) transfers to the client. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver high-quality work, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including loss of business, data, or revenue.

9. Communication

Project communication primarily takes place via WhatsApp, email, or the forms on this website. We aim to respond to inquiries as promptly as possible during business hours (Mon – Sat).
